I spent two months volunteering with Thai Dragonfly and every day brought new experiences. I’ve since moved to Phnom Penh and although I live here I still haven’t had the same “insider” experiences I had in Thailand. The home-stays are an invaluable way to be part of a community. And isn’t that really why we travel?
